We now have a fantastic opportunity working within our excellent Real Estate team based out of our Colchester office providing a great opportunity to further your legal career. Some of the duties are listed below;

* Opening new matters for clients and management of onboarding process.
* Progressing matters for fee earners including client correspondence, exchange and completion.
* Dealing with and taking responsibility for post completion matters (stamp duty land tax returns and registrations at the Land Registry).
* Running own matters for simple transactions such as licences, renewal leases, notices of transfer and transfers of whole.
* Assisting fee earners with more complex matters including drafting of documents and reporting to clients.
* Dealing with financials including completion statements with clients/other parties and payments out.
