Lead Frontend Engineer | Fully Remote | Climate Tech Start-Up
Lead Frontend Engineer required to help shape the user experience of a fast-growing climate tech start-up. This is a fully remote role, with optional access to our London and Cambridge offices. You’ll lead frontend architecture and delivery for a platform that turns complex climate data into products that drive real-world impact.
What you bring
* 5+ years of professional experience as a Frontend Engineer
* Strong expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Vue, or similar)
* Excellent understanding of web fundamentals (performance, accessibility, responsiveness)
* Experience designing and maintaining frontend architecture at scale
* Proven leadership experience, with the ability to guide technical decisions, mentor engineers, and set a high bar for frontend quality
* A pragmatic mindset with high attention to detail and user experience
