The Role This is an exciting entry point into the dynamic world of Spine medical devices. As a Sales Associate, you will work closely with experienced Medical Device Sales Representatives to support and grow sales within your territory. You will: Support the execution of sales strategies to drive growth in targeted accounts Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinical staff, and key opinion leaders Support customer education and training in the operating room and clinical settings Identify and actively pursue new business opportunities Deliver exceptional customer service with a strong focus on patient outcomes Represent Stryker with professionalism, integrity, and passion at all times This role offers hands-on exposure, outstanding training, and a clear pathway for career progression within Stryker.
