We are currently recruiting for an exceptional Assistant Manager to join a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique within a thriving, high-footfall retail destination.

The Role
As Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the overall performance of the boutique, working closely with the Store Manager to drive sales, deliver an exceptional client experience, and lead from the front on the shop floor.
You will be a strong presence within the team — confident in building relationships, motivating colleagues, and ensuring the highest standards are maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the Store Manager in driving sales performance and achieving boutique targets
* Deliver a world-class, personalised client experience at every opportunity
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients
* Lead by example on the shop floor, demonstrating strong product knowledge and sales ability
* Assist in coaching, developing, and motivating the team
* Ensure impeccable visual merchandising and presentation standards
* Support with day-to-day operations, including stock management, compliance, and administration
The Candidate
* Previous experience within luxury retail, ideally jewellery or watches
* A proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets
* A natural relationship builder with a passion for clientelling
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and support a team
* Immaculately presented with excellent communication skills
* Highly organised, with strong attention to detail
