You will have a full manual driving licence to support outings and activities, alongside a calm, compassionate approach and a genuine commitment to helping young people thrive. When you will be working This service operates on a three-week rolling rota. Shifts typically include a mix of early shifts from 7am to 3pm, late shifts from 2pm to 10pm, and weekly sleepover shifts.
