The role
* Negotiate a variety of complex technology, IP, licensing, SaaS, and data agreements to provide services, including product licenses, managed services agreements, and redistribution arrangements.
* Contribute to and advance special projects, including developing templates, policies, and procedures to make internal processes more efficient or to license new business opportunities.
