* Track, monitor, and report on key metrics—local employment, skills development, community engagement, and more
* Work with procurement teams to ensure social value requirements are built into supply chain contracts
* Cultivate strong partnerships with stakeholders, community groups, charities, and educational institutions
* Produce clear social value performance reports for senior leadership and external partners
* Drive compliance with the UK Social Value Act and all project KPIs
* Promote diversity, inclusion, sustainability, and responsible business practices throughout the project

You’ll succeed in this role if you bring:
* A degree in Social Value, Sustainability, Community Development, or a related field
* Experience delivering social value on major civil engineering or infrastructure programmes
* Strong knowledge of the UK Social Value Act and government reporting frameworks
* A proven track record in stakeholder engagement and building community partnerships
* Excellent communication, influencing, and project management skills
Great to have:
* Experience in nuclear or high-hazard environments
* Familiarity with social value measurement tools (e.g., TOMs Framework)
* Membership of IEMA or similar professional body
Working Environment
This role is primarily office-based with occasional site visits. A full safety induction will be provided.
