Our client, who has offices in Banbury and Ireland, is looking to hire a National Account Executive to join their existing team on a full-time, permanent basis to support the sales team in growing Health and Beauty brands. Reporting directly to the Head of Retail, this role would suit someone who is commercially sharp, good with numbers, and loves the idea of growing sales by working with big retailers across High Street Pharmacy and Grocery.

Supporting smaller accounts and assisting the Head of Retail with these accounts as required.
Admin accountability - Handling sales admin both internally and externally, tracking retailer funding, and making sure invoices and investments are in order
Collate sales data, build dashboards, manage stockholding, and complete analysis across markets.
Prepare accurate and insightful weekly sales reports and forecasts, including competitor analysis
Data management & reporting, including but not exclusive to completing NLF/submission forms for range extensions, new product lines, promotional activities, and range reviews
Diving into EPOS data—monitoring sales and spotting opportunities
Utilise your creative flair to support in-store Shopper Marketing Activation
Supporting the Account Team —helping deliver projects and plans that drive sales
1-2 years’ experience in a commercial support role (Consumer Healthcare or FMCG experience is ideal)
~ Strong numerical and analytical skills—comfortable working with data
~ Someone organised, adaptable, and with creative flair —able to juggle multiple tasks without dropping the ball
~ A team player with the ambition to grow and develop either a career in Sales or Shopper Marketing
~ Excel, PowerPoint, and Word skills—because you’ll need them
~ A genuine passion for Health and Beauty with positive energy to represent the brands both internally and externally
Please note this is a full-time, permanent role working Monday to Friday, 9 am – 5 pm on-site.
