Thurrock – 40 Hour Contract – Working 5 days a week – Monday – Sunday on a rolling rota.

Your Role
4. Greet customers, assess their needs and provide tailored product or service recommendations.
5. Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets through effective selling strategies.
6. Ensuring that stock is stored appropriately and safely using ‘Space Management’
7. Use best practice methods and equipment to ensure all company product is handled and stored with care, minimising potential for damage
8. Contributing positively and effectively in all team settings
9. Build productive relationships including team members and external stakeholders
10. Communicating clearly and confidently with your team.
11. Following health & safety procedures at all times.
12. Making a difference every day to the customer experience.
