An internationally renowned law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Trade Mark Administrator to join its growing Brand Management team. About the Role: This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a senior-level administrative role within a high-performing team. You’ll be supporting a diverse client base with the management of extensive trade mark portfolios, ensuring deadlines are met and filings are handled with precision and care. Key responsibilities will include:
* Handling formalities across the full trade mark lifecycle, including filing, prosecution, renewal and recordal processes
* Liaising with the UKIPO, WIPO and foreign associates worldwide
* Preparing and reviewing key documentation
* Managing deadlines and ensuring timely submissions
* Supporting trade mark attorneys and partners with day-to-day portfolio administration
* Maintaining records and data using WebTMS (IPPO)

* Strong experience in trade mark formalities and administration
* Previous experience working with large, multi-national portfolios
* The ability to manage a busy workload and meet tight deadlines
* Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
* A team player with a proactive and professional approach
* CITMA qualification and WebTMS (IPPO) experience are highly desirable
