Key Responsibilities
* Serve as the first point of contact for clients.
* Receive calls from prospective clients for conveyancing quotes – then sell our services.
* Prepare correspondence and documents.
* Ensure prompt and efficient responses to client queries and follow up.
* Maintain a cheerful and pleasant manner.
* Ensure the confidentiality and security of all firm and client information.
