We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join our team. We are dedicated to providing person‑centred care and support. As a Health Care Assistant, you will be an essential part in promoting the independence of our clients, listening ear, and most importantly, providing a smile to brighten up their day.
Responsibilities
* Assisting with daily activities such as personal care
* Monitoring vital signs and reporting any changes to the office team
* Assisting with mobility and transferring the people we support
* Providing emotional support and companionship to the people we support
* Assisting with meal preparation and feeding
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for the people we support
* Documenting information accurately and in a timely manner
Experience & Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role is preferred but not essential
* An open and honest ethos
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Compassionate and empathetic nature
* Ability to work well when remote working
* Strong attention to detail
