Mission
As a Night Receptionist, you will be responsible for
delivering a warm, memorable, and personalised guest experience during
night-time operations. You will ensure the safety, comfort, and satisfaction of
our guests while supporting the hotel’s smooth overnight operation.

Key Responsibilities – Guest Experience & Operations
• Welcome and assist guests during night hours, ensuring a
professional and personalised service
• Anticipate guest needs and handle requests efficiently and accurately
• Ensure the safety and security of the hotel throughout the night shift
• Support other departments during the night, including Maintenance,
Housekeeping, and Food & Beverage where required
• Handle guest complaints calmly and effectively, finding appropriate solutions
and escalating issues when necessary
• Complete all night audit and administrative tasks accurately and within
deadlines
• Maintain a strong understanding of how your role impacts guest satisfaction,
safety, and hotel performance
• Communicate clearly with management and day teams to ensure seamless
handovers
