Senior Reward Partner – Global FTSE Organisation
Location: Oxford or London (weekly travel would be required to Oxford - Hybrid working)
£75,000 - £100,000 + 15% Bonus
Fixed Term Contract - Must be able to start in January 2026
We are representing a prestigious FTSE‑listed company seeking a Senior Reward Partner to take ownership of reward strategy and delivery across multiple divisions. This is a high‑impact role where you’ll combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution, working closely with senior stakeholders to shape reward frameworks that drive performance and engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
Strategic Leadership
* Act as the divisional reward lead, advising senior leaders and HR partners on all aspects of reward.
* Ensure divisional priorities are represented in group‑wide reward planning.
* Embed group reward principles into divisional processes, promoting fairness and consistency.
* Partner with HR and business leaders to influence workforce planning, organisational design, and talent initiatives.
Reward Operations
* Lead annual reward cycles including pay reviews, bonus schemes, and compensation planning.
* Monitor divisional budgets and provide regular updates to senior leadership.
* Oversee incentive plan design and management, from target setting through to performance tracking.
* Deliver benchmarking, salary range development, pay reviews, and reporting (including Gender Pay Gap).
* Support senior hires and exits with reward‑related processes such as buyouts, settlements, and redundancy calculations.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Act as the main point of contact for divisional reward matters, liaising with HR, finance, and legal teams.
* Provide guidance during M&A activity, including harmonisation of reward structures.
* Collaborate with central reward teams to implement initiatives such as job levelling frameworks and progression models.
* Lead data validation and support system implementation projects.
Market Insight & Innovation
* Track external reward trends and regulatory changes to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
* Analyse internal and external data to provide evidence‑based recommendations.
* Contribute to the evolution of reward frameworks and policies, ensuring they meet divisional needs.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience in a reward partner or equivalent role within a global organisation.
* Strong background in delivering reward initiatives across multiple regions.
* Ability to interpret complex financial metrics for incentive design.
* Skilled at building trust with senior stakeholders and influencing at all levels.
