* Proactively identify opportunities to grow client business with new ideas, solutions, and strategic recommendations.
* Navigate the distinct needs, compliance requirements, and cultural nuances of both categories with confidence and agility.
* Lead client status meetings, presentations, and reviews, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
* Oversee the end‑to‑end management of integrated campaigns from brief to delivery, ensuring work is on time, on budget, and on strategy.
* Partner closely with creative, strategy, production, and media teams to ensure seamless collaboration and exceptional output.
* Manage project scopes, timelines, and budgets across multiple concurrent workstreams.
* Mitigate risks proactively, flagging issues early and proposing solutions before they become problems.
* Contribute to the development of strategic briefs and campaign frameworks that inspire great creative work.
* Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights relevant to both categories.
* Support senior leadership in developing growth plans, proposals, and new business materials.
* Mentor and guide junior account team members, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and excellence.
* Model a collaborative and positive working style that sets the tone for the broader team.
What You Bring
* 5–7 years of experience in account management within an agency environment, ideally with exposure to regulated categories (financial services experience is a strong asset) and/or CPG/FMCG brands.
* Proven ability to manage multiple clients or workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball.
* Strong understanding of integrated marketing—from brand and content to digital, social, and production.
* Exceptional communication and presentation skills—you can distill complex information into clear, compelling narratives for clients and internal teams alike.
* A strategic mindset paired with a detail‑oriented, executional drive—you can zoom out to see the big picture and zoom in when precision matters.
* Demonstrated ability to build and sustain strong client relationships, earning trust through responsiveness, expertise, and sound judgment.
* A collaborative, solutions‑first attitude with a healthy appetite for challenge and change.
Benefits and Compensation
* Base salary range: $45,000—$95,000 CAD.
* Hybrid work model: teams are in the office an average of four days a week.
* Accommodations and flexibility are available—please discuss with the hiring team during the interview process.
