We currently looking for a permanent Sous Chef to work at one of our clients care homes in the Royston. Full Time – 37 hours. Alternative Weekends.
Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef you will provide a safe, quality, cost effective catering service to all customers and help create a warm and friendly atmosphere for our residents.
Your Skills
 * Good knowledge of Health and Safety practices in the workplace.
 * Knowledge of food safety and practices.
 * Need to undertake relevant training and CPD.
 * Experience of the standards of hygiene used in food preparation.
 * Experience of food preparation, cooking and service.
 * You’ll provide homely meals for our residents, meeting a diverse range of dietary requirements.
 * You must be able to work well as part of a team and have good communications skills.
