What You Will Do
Depending on your specific area of expertise, your contribution will focus on:
* Client Management: Managing and retaining a portfolio of clients, acting as their primary point of contact and trusted advisor.
* Technical Advice: Providing expert, prompt advice regarding insurance needs, dealing with technical issues, and managing complex programmes.
* Growth & Development: Identifying opportunities for business development, engaging with new prospects, and collaborating with colleagues to identify added services.
* Service Excellence: Maintaining the highest quality of customer service, including the efficient handling of Mid-Term Adjustments and ensuring file accuracy.
What You Bring
* Experience: Previous experience within the corporate or commercial sector (ideally 5+ years), dealing with risks of varying sizes and complexity.
* Knowledge: A proficient understanding of relevant classes of business and the ability to negotiate and persuade tactfully.
* Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, insurers, and associates at all levels.
* Qualifications: CII qualified (or actively working towards exams).
* Mindset: A client-focused approach with the ability to identify opportunities and solve problems.
