We are looking to recruit an Operations Supervisor on behalf of our client in Elland.
This role will suit someone with strong leadership skills and a background in operations, manufacturing or logistics, who thrives on ensuring safety, quality and performance standards are met.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING...
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse and laboratory operations including goods-in, sample processing, packing, dispatch and stock management.
* Supervise and motivate operational teams, ensuring high standards of safety, efficiency and quality.
* Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations (including COSHH, COMAH and PPE).
* Monitor workflows to ensure timely completion of client orders.
* Act as the link between operational teams and senior management, providing regular progress updates.
* Implement process improvements and drive continuous development across the site.
