Overview
Band 8B – Senior Project Manager (Fixed Term 3‑Month Contract) at Royal Free London NHS Foundation Trust.
In this senior role you will coordinate and manage estates engineering projects, ensuring compliance with legislative, statutory, Trust and NHS guidance. You will support the delivery of the Trust’s maintenance programme and take primary responsibility for major engineering projects, meeting objectives on time, within cost and quality targets.
Your role includes acting as Authorised Person for Electrical High Voltage and Low Voltage, advising the Estates Programme Manager, DCE/HPD, project sponsors, board and senior clinicians.
Responsibilities
* Co‑ordinate and manage estates engineering projects.
* Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation, statutory requirements and NHS guidance.
* Act as Authorised Person for Electrical High Voltage and Low Voltage.
* Advise and support the Estates Programme Manager, DCE/HPD, project sponsors, board, team and senior clinicians.
* Take predominant responsibility for the coordination, management and delivery of major engineering projects to achieve performance, time, cost and quality objectives.
