About the Role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing in-house Marketing & E-commerce team. Supporting both our Performance Marketing and CRM functions, you’ll help deliver data-driven campaigns that support customer acquisition and retention across channels including Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Affiliates, Display and CRM.
Working closely with teams across E-commerce, Trading, and Creative, you’ll play a key role in ensuring campaign activity aligns with our commercial goals and brand storytelling.
Key responsibilities include:
* Assist with the setup and execution of digital campaigns across Paid Media and CRM
* Support with CRM audience segmentation, scheduling, and reporting
* Help track performance across key KPIs (e.g. traffic, CPA, ROAS, CR, open rates)
* Coordinate the briefing and delivery of creative assets to internal and external teams
* Work with agencies and partners like Meta, Google and our ESP to align timelines and performance
* Conduct competitor research and track emerging trends across digital platforms
About You
* 1–2 years' experience in a digital marketing or e-commerce environment (fashion or retail preferred)
* Basic understanding of digital channels, especially Paid Social, SEO, CRM, and Paid Search
* Proficient in Excel with some familiarity with GA4 and analytics platforms
* Well-organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced environment
* A collaborative team player with a proactive mindset and eagerness to learn
* Familiarity with Emarsys or other ESPs is a plus
* A passion for fashion, innovation, and digital engagement
