Are you a skilled tradesperson specialising in residential refurbishments? We are looking for an experienced Multi:Trade Operative to join an ongoing social housing contract in Leeds, focusing specifically on kitchen renewals.
The Role and Responsibilities:
* Rip:outs and Preparation: Safely removing old units, suites, and tiles.
* Carpentry and Joinery: Installing kitchen base/wall units, worktops (including mitred joins), and boxing in pipework.
* Tiling and Patching: High:quality wall tiling and floor finishes, along with basic plaster patching to ensure a smooth finish.
* Safety and Standards: Ensuring all work meets social housing quality standards and building regulations.
What Youll Need:
* Significant experience in full kitchen installations.
* Ideally NVQ Level 2/3 or time:served in joinery or plastering, with strong skills in secondary trades (Tiling/Plastering).
* Valid CSCS card required for site access.
* A full UK driving licence is essential for travel between properties.
* Asbestos awareness and manual handling certification.
* A polite and professional manner when working in occupied homes.
