We have a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Support Worker based in Buckhaven and surrounding areas.
Salary - between £32,507-£34,545

About the Role
As a Senior Support Worker, your duties could involve managing and mentoring a team of support staff, identifying training needs, leading the writing of support plans, rota management, and participating in review meetings. There will also be practical support with daily living activities, personal care, or helping to promote a positive, active, and healthy lifestyle for the individuals you support.
For all Senior Support Worker roles, we require drivers with access to their own vehicles due to travel requirements. This vacancy is full-time. Senior staff are expected to cover on-call duties on a rotational basis and to step in and assist with shift coverage as needed.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of previous experience supporting individuals within care
* Experience of leading teams in a social care environment
* Working towards or holding SVQ Level 3
* Hold a full driving licence and have access to a vehicle
