We are seeking aFood Production Supervisorto oversee day-to-day operations, lead and support the production team, and ensure consistently high standards across the site. Hours:Monday to Friday, 12:0021:00
Salary:£32,000£33,000 DOE
Contract:First 12 weeks via agency, paid weekly
The Role
* Supervise daily food production operations, ensuring quality and food safety standards are met
* Implement and maintain HACCP procedures across the production process
* Train, support and manage production staff to ensure best practice is followed
* Monitor stock levels and coordinate ordering to meet production demands
* Carry out regular equipment and site inspections, reporting maintenance issues where required
* Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company policies
* Maintain accurate records of production, safety checks and staff training
