About
Good Tuesday is a design-led stationery brand and a certified B Corp. We bring “the Art in Planning” - creating beautiful tools to help people plan their time. We believe good planning creates space for what really matters.
We have all the makings of an iconic brand; impactful products, a loyal community, and a strong sense of purpose. We're growing fast, and we’re looking for curious, kind, and capable people who want to help grow a company that uses business as a force for good - and have fun doing it.
We take work seriously, but don’t take ourselves too seriously.
Good Tuesday runs the design studio and warehouse form one location and the full team works on site. We are an eCommerce and Wholesale product brand, and distribute from our warehouse in Cornwall.
The Role
We’re looking for an experienced and hands-on Operations Manager to help lead business operations at Good Tuesday, with a strong focus on scaling our systems, streamlining processes, and improving performance across fulfilment, logistics, and beyond.
This is a hands-on role that sits at the centre of our business. You'll take responsibility for the day-to-day operations that keep things running smoothly - from the flow of stock and order fulfilment through to planning capacity, managing systems, and delivering efficiencies that support growth.
Warehouse and logistics will be an important part of your remit, but you’ll also be responsible for strengthening how the wider business operates - working closely with leadership and collaborating across teams to drive performance, implement digital tools, and ensure we’re set up for scale. From reviewing KPIs and operational costs to solving bottlenecks and improving service levels, you'll bring clarity and rigour to the way we work.
We’re looking for someone who thrives on structure, brings high standards, and understands how to align operational execution with business goals, all while working in a creative, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse, Fulfilment & Logistics
* Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring smooth order fulfilment across ecommerce (D2C) and wholesale (B2B) channels
* Plan capacity and staffing needs, especially during seasonal peaks
* Ensure clear and efficient stock handling, from goods-in to dispatch
* Maintain a safe, clean, and effective working environment
Business Operations & Systems
* Evaluate and improve operational processes and workflows
* Identify inefficiencies and introduce digital tools and automation where relevant
* Own and optimise operational systems, such as our WMS
* Lead on system implementations and integrations
* Develop standard operating procedures and drive continuous improvement
Data, Planning & Reporting
* Monitor operational KPIs and use data to guide decision-making
* Support cost management and process-led savings
* Contribute to strategic planning with clear operational insights
People & Team Leadership
* Manage and develop warehouse and operations staff, including performance reviews, training plans and regular coaching
* Promote a positive team culture focused on ownership, clarity, and accountability
* Ensure alignment across teams through clear communication and planning
Cross-functional Projects & Stakeholder Management
* Work closely with the product, buying, customer service, marketing and ecommerce teams to improve delivery and solve problems collaboratively
* Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives and scale projects
* Build strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and couriers to ensure smooth external operations
Requirements
What we’re looking for:
* Strong experience in operations, logistics, or fulfilment, ideally within a fast-growing ecommerce or consumer goods business. Please note: this is a product-based operations role; experience in service-only roles such as hospitality is not relevant for this position.
* Proven ability to lead teams and deliver continuous improvement across warehouse and business operations
* Confident working with data, systems, and software to drive performance
* Comfortable working at pace, solving complex problems, and managing competing priorities
* Hands-on, practical, and solutions-focused
* A clear communicator who thrives on clarity, structure, and results
* Familiarity with lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks
To Thrive at Good Tuesday
We use business as a force for good. Our values guide how we work, how we make decisions, and how we treat each other.
1. Customer First
We exist for our customers. We listen deeply, design meaningfully, and act fast to serve their needs. Every decision starts here.
What we expect:
You think like a customer in how you design, communicate, solve problems, or prioritise your time. You care about creating helpful, joyful experiences.

We lead with empathy. Whether it’s our team, customers, or partners, we treat people with kindness, assume good intentions, and build trust through respect.
What we expect:
You’re thoughtful in how you speak, write, and show up. You look out for others, give feedback constructively, and support the team without ego.
3. Raise the Bar

What we expect:
You take pride in your work. You ask “how could this be even better?” and you care about the details — whether it’s a product, a process, or a team project.
4. Honest & Accountable
We speak clearly and take responsibility. We do what we say, take feedback well, and build trust in small moments and big ones.
What we expect:
You communicate openly. You meet deadlines, own mistakes, and follow through. You help build a culture of trust, not blame.
5. Purposeful
We act with intention. We focus on what moves the needle and build systems that last.
What we expect:
You prioritise high-impact work, challenge unnecessary complexity, and think beyond today’s to-do list. You make things better, not just busier.
