Tesco Shift Lead pay starts at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in stores within the M25. Some locations may offer additional payments. We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, though roles from 12 hours are also available.
Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows shown, with at least 3 weeks' notice of your shifts. If your availability is close to what we’re looking for, we still encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
* Lead the team to deliver a great experience for customers in-store.
* Work across all areas of the store and with all colleagues, being the go-to person for day‑to‑day operational queries.
* Build positive, inclusive relationships that help colleagues perform at their best.
* Confidently lead the store in the Manager’s absence.
* Make balanced, flexible decisions and adapt well to change.
* Coach colleagues, give feedback and role‑model great service.

Qualifications
* Experience working in a team lead or management position in a fast‑paced retail environment.
* Be a strong role model with a passion for delivering great service and ensuring every customer’s needs are met.
* Build positive, long‑lasting relationships to create an inclusive, supportive team environment.
* A clear communicator, using a variety of methods to keep the team well informed.
* A natural leader who motivates and inspires the team to deliver outstanding results.
