The Role
As an Account Manager, you will:
Build and manage long-term client relationships (SMEs through to global organisations)
Deliver tailored recruitment solutions to meet diverse client needs
Source and attract talent through networking, advertising, and proactive search
Manage existing key accounts while developing new business opportunities
Grow and expand your client portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
About You
Proven experience in Account Management, Client Management, or a B2B client-facing role
Strong commercial awareness and relationship-building skills
A positive, can-do attitude with a drive to succeed
Confident networker with excellent communication skills
Motivated, resilient, and results-focused
Full UK driving licence
