Job Purpose
Daily communication with the sales and service teams. Working with colleagues to provide an excellent customer experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Providing admin support in managing all customer service requirements
* Manage a small number of specific customers to enhance our service provision
* Management of scrap collections from customer sites
* Regular maintenance and check of outstanding service jobs and ensure these are invoiced in a timely manner.
* Provide support and holiday cover for Service Admin, Topping contracts as required.
* Provide support and holiday cover for Customer Service Support, Sales
* Data collection and input of data for service reports
* Creation and management of sales orders in SAP
Knowledge and Experience
* Ability to interact and communicate effectively
* Basic Microsoft excel and word skills
* Salesforce (FS360) and SAP experience preferable
* Proven experience in customer service
Skills and Competencies
* Good communication skills and able to liaise with team members and customers
* Experience in sales and service
* Customer-focused mindset
* Ability to work both as part of a team and individually
