The Opportunity This is not a sit-back-and-monitor role. You’ll be leading a busy, customer-focused sales team across appointment setting, customer development and sales desk activity. Your job will be to create the right atmosphere, set the tone for the day, coach people in the moment, use data to spot opportunities and help the team deliver strong results while enjoying what they do. You’ll lead morning meetings, listen to calls, celebrate wins, support development, handle escalations and make sure the team ends each day feeling clear, motivated and ready to go again. You may already be a Team Leader, Supervisor or Senior Sales Executive ready for your next step. What matters most is that you know how to create belief, build confidence, drive standards and bring positive energy into a team. You’ll likely bring: Experience leading, coaching or mentoring people in a contact centre, telesales, customer growth, sales or retention environment A strong understanding of sales targets, KPIs, customer experience and performance management Confidence using CRM systems, Excel and performance data to understand what is working and where support is needed Strong communication skills and the ability to give clear, constructive feedback A coaching-led leadership style - nurturing, enthusiastic and focused on helping people improve Resilience, agility and the ability to keep standards high in a fast-paced environment A customer-first mindset and the confidence to support escalations when needed What Great Looks Like Great in this role is someone who walks in and lifts the room.
