Pharmacist – Hybrid
Slough – Salary £45,300 – £48,000 plus approval and performance bonuses, plus benefits.
Full‑time or part‑time, permanent role with flexible hybrid working pattern – two days onsite each week.
Role Overview
This hybrid Functional Assessor role involves structured assessments of physical or mental health conditions using clinical reasoning and report writing. It does not require shifts, nights, weekends, hands‑on treatment, prescribing, on‑call work or manual handling.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out structured clinical conversations to assess how a person’s condition affects day‑to‑day functioning.
* Review medical evidence and supporting documentation.
* Produce clear, objective, evidence‑based written reports.
* Use secure clinical systems and digital templates.
* Contribute reports used to support formal disability benefit decisions.
Who we are looking for
Registered professionals in one of the following disciplines with at least 12 months post‑registration experience:
* Pharmacist – GPhC registration
* Paramedic – HCPC registration
* Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) – NMC registration
* Physiotherapist – HCPC registration
* Occupational Therapist – HCPC registration
Other required skills: strong communication and clinical reasoning, confidence with report writing and IT systems, ability to meet deadlines in a structured environment, and right to work in the UK (no sponsorship).

* Salary £45,300 – £48,000 with potential bonuses up to £2,000 approval bonus and up to 10 % annual performance bonus.
