Position: English Early Career Teacher (ECT) Start Date: 2nd September 2024 Salary: MPS/UPS About Us: Our school, rated "Good" by Ofsted, is dedicated to excellence in teaching and learning. We foster a nurturing and inclusive community where students thrive and achieve their full potential. The Role: We are seeking a motivated English ECT to join our vibrant English Department. You will receive comprehensive support and professional development opportunities to help you excel in your teaching career. Responsibilities include: Planning and delivering engaging English lessons to students across Key Stages 3 and 4. Assessing, recording, and reporting on the development, progress, and attainment of students. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students to take ownership of their learning. Collaborating with colleagues to contribute to the development of the English curriculum and share best practices.
