As a Sales Advisor based in our Warrington branch youll be responsible for:
* Serving customers on the trade counter by understanding their specific needs and providing product recommendations
* Offer excellent Customer Service at all time
* Building and maintaining excellent relationships with customers ensuring they are a positive ambassador of the Wolseley brand
* Adhoc driving / delivery duties to cover annual leave etc.
* Responding to customer enquiries via phone & email promptly and courteously, with a proactive attitude
* Booking stock in and putting it away in the designated location
* Proactively contacting customers to build relationships and drive branch growth, particularly focusing on those with reduced or inactive spending.
This is a full time permanent role working 40 hours per week Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and 1 in 3 Saturday's.
And heres what wed like you to have:
* Prior customer service or sales experience.
* Full UK Driving license
* Willingness to learn, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude and a strong work ethic.
* Confidence in engaging with customers both face-to-face and over the phone.
* A confident, proactive approach to salespromoting products, quoting accurately, and building customer relationships over the phone.
