Role: Desktop Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
1. Develop professional relationships with major accounts.
2. Provide training to stakeholders on different systems.
3. Perform Win-10 Desktop and Laptop Build – Refurbishment, OS Installation, Application installation via Azure AD.
4. Support Desktop/Laptop in MMD infrastructure.
5. Address tickets related to WIN-10/11 deployment issues and requests.
6. Assist users with application installation and troubleshooting remotely.
7. Manage End-to-End Infrastructure from Windows 10/11 Devices, Core Applications, and backend infrastructure.
8. Provide 1st Line Network Support, User Account Support, Microsoft Exchange Support, Printer Support.
9. Deploy Windows 10/11 patches and support Meeting Rooms.
10. Support operating systems including performance monitoring, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance.
11. Participate in BAU operational support and project delivery as instructed.
12. Maintain system documentation, perform audits, and ensure security controls are effective.
13. Create technical documentation, reports, and manuals.
14. Handle unpacking, repackaging, and shipping of laptops/desktops.
15. Travel across multiple UK locations based on project requirements.
16. Support Windows 7 and Windows 10 onsite and remotely.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Extensive knowledge of Desktop and Laptop Hardware and Software Management.
* Hands-on experience with Windows, Tablets Device configuration, and troubleshooting.
* Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and guide users.
* Knowledge of Windows registry changes and updates.
* Proven experience in Desktop Site and Remote Support roles.
