The client are a manufacturer and supplier of components, products and systems to various industry sectors. They despatch to a global customer base and, due to continued confidence in the sectors they supply into, are seeking to recruit a PA to the Sales Manager.
Reporting to the Sales Manager, the main purpose of the PA role is organising and support of the sales manager diary plans and process of sales orders.
Responsibilities / Job duties are as follows;
* Process of sales orders onto the company SAP system
* Producing and organising of sales documentation, order acknowledgements, shipping documents etc
* Organising of daily work and meetings
* Liaise with engineering and production teams as required
* Supporting the other members of the sales team when needed
* Ensure customer communications are healthily maintained
As a PA / Administrator you will need to hold the following skills and experience.
* Have experience of working in an administration role
* Working knowledge of SAP would be advantageous but not essential
* Excellent Microsoft Office / Excel skills
* A methodical approach to tasks
* Excellent communication skills face to face and on the phone
* Able to prioritise workloads
* Strong organisational skills
* Have a pleasant and professional manner
The client is based in Redditch so would be easily commutable from Birmingham, Bromsgrove, Worcester, Solihull, Droitwich, Alcester.

The role is Days - 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday. Friday 7.30am to 1.30pm.
