Salary: £ 14,100
Hours: Part-time – 21 hours per week plus 6 test days on Saturdays per year. Opportunity to work additional Saturdays, if desired. Weekend work is paid in addition to the basic salary at test-day rates

Role requirements:
This exciting and varied role will entail working closely with and supporting the Senior Exams Coordinator and wider Exams Department to help with the administration of Test Day Staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with the Senior Exams Coordinator in managing test day staff, including scheduling, compliance, recruitment, and onboarding.
* Utilize the Planday app for staff scheduling and management.
* Handle documentation, payroll queries, and staff performance feedback.
* Coordinate training, meetings, and logistics for staff, including transport and accommodation as needed.
* Support general administration tasks, such as answering calls, preparing for test days, managing inventory, and performing security checks.

o Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
o Independent working capability with knowledge of when to escalate matters.
o Proficiency in various IT packages and managing financial records.

o Prior experience in an exam environment.

o Experience in staff recruitment and shift coordination.
