THE ROLE
We're looking for an Operations Manager to come in and become the engine room of Leaf. Ensuring the business runs smoothly behind the scenes by taking ownership of inventory, fulfilment, supply chain and operational processes. This role will ensure our customers receive the right products, on time, every time – whilst scaling our systems for our next stage of growth. You'll need an eye for detail, a passion for improving processes and a desire to own an extremely important area of responsibility for a growing business. You'll work closely with the founding team and key stakeholders of Leaf.
WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN OPERATIONS MANAGER TO
· Take complete ownership of inventory purchasing, stock availability, order processing & stock forecasting through implementing an effective inventory management system
· Own quality control and find efficiencies by implementing effective processes
· Manage customer experience and handle customer questions and feedback
· Monitor and track suppliers to stay on top of lead-time
· Ensure warehouse is compliant with safety and quality standards in day-to-day operation

· You have operational experience using systems for; stock & warehouse management, ERP, finance and logistics
· Have experience in import/export managing a growing portfolio of products in a production business
· You have strong technical skills and a desire to take ownership in a fast-paced environment
· You have an eye for detail and enjoy problem solving
· You are a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who is happy to roll up your sleeves and work
· You are empathetic and solutions focused
· You are passionate about sustainability and eco-friendly products
