The Role

Lead, motivate and develop a high-performing on-site sales team

Drive sales strategy across multiple developments

Maximise reservations and legal completions
*
Maintain exceptional customer experience standards in line with 5-star expectations

Work closely with senior management to support business growth
The Package
*
Basic salary: £50,000 – £60,000 DOE
*
Commission: £20,000 – £25,000 paid monthly, based on legal completions
*
Additional earning potential: £10,000+
