My client is an international law firm, with an established office in Guildford.
They are looking for a confident, friendly Junior Reception & Facilities Assistant to keep a busy professional office running smoothly.
This is a hands‑on, office‑based role where no two days are the same. You’ll be the first point of contact for visitors, support meetings and events, and help manage the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the workplace.
What you’ll be doing:
* Welcoming clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
* Managing calls, meeting rooms, and catering arrangements
* Supporting facilities tasks, maintenance requests, and contractors
* Keeping shared spaces, kitchens, and meeting rooms organised and presentable
* Handling post, supplies, archive work, and general office support
What we’re looking for:
* A positive, proactive team player
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Comfortable juggling tasks and working under pressure
* Basic admin or MS Office experience helpful (training provided)
