Currently looking for a Groundcare Engineer to join my client’s team in the Daventry area. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the groundcare industry, providing high-quality service and maintenance to clients across the region.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on a wide range of groundcare machinery.
* Provide onsite service to customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and efficient resolution of issues.
* Maintain excellent communication with customers to explain the service process and meet their needs.
* Ensure all work complies with Health and Safety standards and company policies.
* Keep accurate service records and reports of work completed.
Ideal Candidate:
* Proven experience as a service engineer in the groundcare, agricultural, or similar machinery sector.
* Full UK driving licence (essential for travel to customer sites).
* Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent customer service and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
