Join CCR as we expand our presence in the UK market. We are seeking technically experienced professionals in cooling technology and HVAC to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in delivering high‑quality technical solutions, working closely with customers and internal teams, and shaping the future of our UK operations.
Reporting
Reporting to the Solution Manager in the Operations Department as Project Coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of operational and strategic projects
* Provide day‑to‑day administrative support across project activities
* Assist in maintaining project documentation, trackers, and reports
* Coordinate communication between project teams and stakeholders
* Support governance processes, ensuring project standards and procedures are followed
* Help monitor project progress, timelines, and deliverables
* Identify and mitigate risks, issues, or delays where appropriate
* Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes
* Support continuous improvement of project processes and delivery

* Contribute to reducing project delays

* Increase organisational capacity and efficiency
* Enable Project Managers and leaders to focus on strategic priorities
Qualifications
* Bachelor's or MSc degree in Engineering or related field
* Experience within refrigeration, HVAC, or cooling technology
* Background in project coordination or administrative roles (desirable)
* Structured, organized, and detail‑oriented
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset
* Results‑driven with focus on deadlines, quality, and profitability
* Clear and confident communicator across all levels
* Proactive, solution‑oriented, and accountable
* Calm under pressure and reliable in execution
