The Role of a Support Worker
As a Support Worker, you will help people live independently in their own homes and communities by:
* Supporting with personal care tasks such as washing and dressing
* Assisting with medication administration
* Helping with meal preparation
* Supporting access to the local community, e.g., shopping, activities, trips
* Assisting with household duties
* Supporting with daily routines specific to each individual
