Overview:
Role and responsibilities
· Processing supplier Invoices
· Raising Customer Invoices/Credit Notes
· Data Entry, preparing payment runs.
· Credit Card, Fuel Card reconciliation.
· Processing all timesheets, expenses for employees and contractors
· Checking and updating ledger balances
· Scanning, filing and logging all accounts documents.
· Updating computerised accounting systems
Basic Qualifications and Skill Requirements:
· Thorough attention to detail
· Sage 50 / Microsoft Office – desirable but training can be provided
· Excellent maths knowledge
· The ability to use own initiative.
· Customer service skills
· Flexibility and open-mindedness
· The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
· The ability to work well with others.
· Understanding of how to use common industry software.
