As HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality HR advice to managers and employees, support employee relations and absence management, attend formal meetings, manage recruitment and payroll processes. The role will also support the development and execution of the learning and development plan.

The Successful Candidate's Profile
Skills and Experience:
Essential
* Experience in a similar role, with management of complex casework
* Highly organized, able to work under pressure and manage workload
* Strong communication skills
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Strong initiative and sound judgment
* Experience handling sensitive information confidentially
* Approachable, professional, capable of communicating at all levels
Desirable
* Experience in an organization of similar size
* Familiarity with ADP payroll platform
* Experience in Learning and Development (L&D)
