Your Role Will Involve
* Covering lessons in the absence of the classroom teacher
* Delivering pre-set work and keeping students focused and engaged
* Ensuring a calm, safe, and productive classroom environment
* Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
* Completing registration and basic classroom admin tasks
* Stepping into a variety of subjects across the school
What We’re Looking For
* Experience working in a school or with young people is an advantage
* Confident communication and classroom management skills
* Adaptable and calm under pressure
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
