Crone Corkill is working with a Stockport law firm who are seeking an experienced Private Clients Solicitor to join their vibrant & passionate team in their central office on a permanent, hybrid basis.

The Role
You will join a well-established business and offer bespoke services to a loyal client base, advising across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, and Inheritance Planning. Daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
* Manage a personal caseload, delivering high-quality and professional advice on Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Court of Protection, and Trusts, always acting in the client's best interest.
* Prioritise and manage deadlines independently, handling complex inquiries and drafting legal documents while maintaining detailed records
* Ensure an exceptional client experience, especially for vulnerable individuals, by offering compassionate and sensitive advice, managing expectations, recognising potential risks to the firm and client
* Oversee accurate billing and fund disbursement, suggest policy and procedure improvements where necessary.
* Provide effective leadership and guidance to support staff.

* Specific experience inestate administration
