UpholsteryProductDeveloperrole:
* Developandrefineprototypes,testingcomfort,ergonomics,anddurability.
* Source,test,andevaluateupholsterymaterials,foams,andfinishesthatmeetdesignandsustainabilitygoals.
* Carryoutupholsteryworkintheworkshopwhenneeded.
* Liaisewithsuppliers,manufacturers,andinternalteamstoensureprojectsrunsmoothlyfromsamplingthroughtoproduction.
* Continuouslyimproveexistingproductrangesandexplorenewopportunitiesforinnovation.
AboutYou
* Provenexperienceinupholsteryandpatterncutting.
* Strongknowledgeofupholsteryconstruction,foams,textilesandframes.
* Practicalproblem-solverwithahands-on,can-doattitude.
* Excellentcommunicationandorganisationalskills.
* TechnicaldrawingorCADskills(SolidWorks,AutoCAD,orsimilar)desirable.

* Salarybetween£30,000-£35,000,withroomtogrow.
