The Role Managing a varied employment law caseload with a strong focus on Employment Tribunal advocacy Representing clients in preliminary hearings, case management hearings, and multi-day final hearings Handling matters involving discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal, detriment claims, wages disputes, and jurisdictional issues Advising employer clients on disciplinary matters, grievances, dismissals, equal pay, and wider employment law issues Drafting tribunal responses, witness statements, hearing bundles, reports, and legal correspondence Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team where appropriate Assisting with business development initiatives including networking, client training, and legal updates Working closely with Partners to contribute to the continued growth of the practice You 4 years PQE within employment law, although candidates with relevant experience outside this level will still be considered Strong Employment Tribunal advocacy experience, including multi-day hearings Excellent technical employment law knowledge Confident communicator with strong organisational and time management skills Able to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure Team-oriented with a proactive and commercial approach Previous mentoring or supervisory experience would be advantageous Ever wondered what it would be like to join a firm where advocacy is genuinely valued and where you can play a visible role in shaping the future direction of a growing employment practice?
