What will I be doing? – Sous Chef
* Be driven to smash targets with yourteam.
* Train and inspire your team todeliver food to be proud of.
* Support your Head Chef with foodordering, food preparation and stock control.
* Havemastered the art of working with a branded menu.
* Have confidence inmanaging Chefs and the wider Kitchen Team.
* Oversee that your teamconforms to health and hygiene regulations.
