Overview of the role Phoenix enables digital transformation in the workplace, empowering UK organisations to innovate and transform with cloud and hybrid infrastructures, data, AI, security, and collaboration tools. We are now looking for a Service Administration Co-ordinator to join and provide support for our Managed Services team. What will you be doing? Manage team diaries, scheduling meetings and ensuring availability for key tasks and customer interactions. Book calls for customers with Customer Success Managers to ensure ongoing engagement and support Support customer onboarding activities and contract management. Collaborate with customers and partners to ensure smooth service delivery. Assign resources to customers and manage all managed service customer reviews. Support invoicing and billing processes for customers. Support procurement, tendering, contract, and supplier management Coordinate follow-up actions from service reviews and internal meetings. Liaise with sales, procurement, and finance teams to ensure correct service delivery. Facilitate the transition of professional services into managed services. Why you should apply? Prior experience in an administrative role Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams Excellent communications skills Ability to prioritise work under pressure, work without supervision and use initiative to ensure that deadlines are met Commitment to see a job through to a successful conclusion Practical stuff Where is the role based? This role is located at our HQ in Pocklington (YO42) on a hybrid basis (2 days p/w in the office) How many interviews?
