A specialist Alternative Provision in Wellingborough is seeking a dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant to join their team from October 2025. The provision supports students aged 11-16 who have been excluded or are at risk of exclusion from mainstream schools. These pupils often face complex emotional and behavioural challenges, and benefit from smaller class sizes, structured routines, and personalised interventions.
