About the Role
Your focus as a Food and Beverage Team Member is to support the dining service and assist residents with their meals.
Responsibilities
* Supporting residents with choosing their meal options when dining.
* Set dining tables in accordance with standard operating procedures.
* Keep the front of house clean and well-presented, removing and replenishing dirty crockery throughout the day.
* Ensure fresh homemade cakes/biscuits are accessible in the bistro areas and are replenished throughout the day, along with finger foods and fresh fruit options.
* Be aware of residents’ dietary requirements.
About You / Ideal Candidate
* Demonstrate high standards of personal hygiene.
* Experience in a similar setting, restaurant, or hotel is desirable.
* A basic Food Hygiene Certificate would be beneficial.
* Demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering culinary services to residents.
